We’re looking for a proven leader to oversee both HVAC service and installation operations at The Meridian Company. This is a critical role as we continue to grow and expand our HVAC department. The Meridian Company has been serving homeowners in Michigan for decades, providing exceptional plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

The Big Task: As our HVAC Manager, you will lead and develop a team of HVAC professionals across both service and installation. You’ll focus on building a high-performing team, improving processes, and ensuring top-tier customer service and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys growing departments, mentoring technicians, and collaborating with leadership to achieve long-term growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, hire, train, and coach HVAC technicians and installers to meet customer nees and department growth targets.
• Oversee daily operations for both service and install teams, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Set clear goals, monitor KPIs, and hold team members accountable for results.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction across all HVAC jobs.
• Work closely with dispatch, sales, and leadership teams to optimize scheduling and workflow.
• Develop and implement strategies to scale the HVAC department and achieve long-term growth objectives.

What You Bring:

• HVAC experience strongly preferred; leadership experience in a service or install environment required.
• Proven ability to build and scale teams in a fast-paced and performance driven environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
