HVAC Lead Installer

Compensation

• $25.00 – $40.00+ per hour (uncapped commission)
• Top performers earn $50+ per hour

What You’ll Do as an HVAC Installer

• Install HVAC equipment in accordance with safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Pre‑measure job sites to ensure proper preparation and efficient installation
• Properly connect and test HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance

What You’ll Bring

• 2–5 years of lead HVAC installation experience (required)
• HVAC degree or equivalent experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
